1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how ReachGY Studio ("ReachGY", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit reachgy.com, interact with our forms, schedule calls, chat with our AI assistant (ReachBot), or otherwise engage with our services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you fill out a form, request a free audit, complete our AI Check-Up, book a strategy call, or chat with ReachBot, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, business name, budget range, business goals, and any notes you choose to share.

Automatically collected information. When you visit our site, we and our analytics/advertising providers automatically collect technical data including IP address, browser type and user agent, referring URL, pages viewed, UTM parameters, session identifiers, device information, and approximate location.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use first-party and third-party cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics cookies such as _ga, _fbp, and fbclid) to measure traffic, attribute conversions, and personalize ads.

3. How we use your information

• Deliver and improve our services, websites, and AI tools.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and follow up on leads.
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders) and, where permitted, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Measure marketing performance, optimize ads, and build custom and lookalike audiences on platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (e.g., for advertising cookies and marketing email), our legitimate interests (e.g., running and improving our business), performance of a contract (e.g., delivering services you've requested), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel and may use the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to retarget visitors who have shown interest in our services, and to build custom and lookalike audiences. The Meta Pixel may set cookies (such as _fbp) and share hashed identifiers and event data with Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, including:

• Hosting and database: Supabase, Cloudflare.
• Email delivery: Resend (transactional and marketing email).
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and our own first-party analytics.
• Advertising: Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel / Conversions API), Google Ads.
• Scheduling and calendars: Google Calendar.
• Messaging: WhatsApp (when you choose to contact us through it).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for up to 1 year from your last interaction with us, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Some records (such as transactional logs and information we must keep for legal or accounting reasons) may be retained longer where required.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at manasseh@reachgy.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

9. International data transfers

We are based in the Caribbean and use service providers located in the United States and other regions. By using our site, you understand that your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including TLS encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
